Net User Mistakes Zencoaster For Gay Rights, Porn Site
Theme-parks were the last thing on Jeremy Versaille's mind last night, but when a simple search landed him at Zencoaster.com, that's exactly what he found.
The 27 year old interior designer was using search engine Google to search for 'gay rights', and was surprised when the search engine's 'I'm Feeling Lucky' button took him to Zencoaster.com.
Sarah Fischer, a representative from Google, said the mixup was due to an internal error. "Our new search algorithm is groundbreaking, in that instead of searching for just keywords, it analyses the physical characteristics of a website," she said. "So when Mr. Versaille searched for 'gay rights', Google comprehensively searched the web for websites containing large amounts of the colour purple. It just so happened that Zencoaster had the most!"
Although the situation has been explained to him multiple times, Versaille still seems confused. "I just wanted the gay rights website," he said in an exclusive interview. "At first, I thought Zencoaster was a bi-porno site because of their slogan: 'The best of both worlds in one place'. Then I saw the other slogan, 'Why dream when you can enjoy waking nirvana', which only backed up this supposition. I mean, what the hell kind of theme-park fan-site would use those as slogans? I don't know what to think anymore."
In other news, today Zencoaster webmaster Timothy O' Toole announced plans to open a new adult-entertainent sector due to "unprecedented demand".

2007: What A Year!
Let's have a look at some predictions of what theme parks and fan sites are going to do this year.
Seaworld - Much to the chagrin of theme-park fans, will finally remove all rides and become a zoo.
Movie World - Won't be doing much as they spent all their money on Batwing and Superman. Chance of new LED on car 6 of the Scooby-Doo Spooky Coaster - topic will procure 6 pages of discussion on Roller-Coaster.com.au.
Wet 'n' Wild - Will be forced by the state government to make the water in the wave pool available to be processed for human consumption due to the water shortage in South East Queensland. Nervous 6 year old will defecate in wave pool.
Dreamworld - Will do whatever Wet 'n' Wild do this year. Also, in a bid to save money, will halve the amount of electricity allocated to Tower of Terror attraction. Consequently, the car's maximum speed will drop to 60KM/H, rendering the 115m tower useless.
Luna Park Melbourne and Sydney - Who cares.
Wonderland - Will continue it's multi-million dollar redevelopment with a large amount of buildings, roads and footpaths to be built at a cost of several million dollars. Whilst this development will benefit local businesses, the developer and workers, it has little to no advantage to theme park fanatics who still believe the park has some life in it yet.
Adventure Land - Where?
Dreamnova.com (aka Roller-coaster.net.au) - Will continue to "develop" the best website ever seen by humanity. Unfortunately, by the time it opens every other website will have the same 'technology'.
Roller-coaster.com.au - Long standing forum members will continue to attack newbies who have been disadvantaged by the lack of English being taught at schools these days.
Thrillhistory.com - Will achieve a record number of forum posts, 34.
Zencoaster.com - Will follow the teachings of Buddha and attempt to reach a state of nirvana. Achieving this however requires the site to open, so, like the transition of a roshi monk to shifu the achievement of nirvana will take many life times.
Aussieparks.com - Will continue to "acquire" unsuccessful theme park websites with Zencoaster looking like the next likely candidate.
Ozcoaster.net - See Roller-Coaster.com.au.

ThrillHistory Announces New Policy Promise
In a statement released today, ThrillHistory owner Paul Funnybone responded to claims that the site uses the term "we here at ThrillHistory" too much. In the statement, the webmaster vowed to quit use of the term under a new 'policy promise', and also revealed plans to "think of a new annoying thing to say".
Lately, we here at ThrillHistory have been receiving a large number of e-mails (4) regarding our alleged overuse of the term "we here at ThrillHistory". As of today, we here at ThrillHistory are promising to stop using the phrase, permanently.
Paul Funnybone, ThrillHistory's owner, manager and sandwich maker said that while his use of the term is valid and acceptable, his new years resolution is to stop using it. "Because it's the festive season, and because we care here at Thrillhistory.com, we here at ThrillHistory are delighted to announce our exoneration of the term 'we here at ThrillHistory'," Funnybone said, in a stupefyingly confusing statement. "We here at ThrillHistory firmly believe that the phrase is old and outdated, and we (I) have made it our (my) new years resolution to stop using it. This policy promise will ensure the sanity of ThrillHistory members and guests alike."
Paul also makes the point that without the contribution of our loyal members and, to a lesser extent guests, policy promises like this would not be able to happen.
It is expected that the change in policy will increase ThrillHistory's traffic .02%, raising the average number of weekly hits to 19.

Obese Enthusiast Ejected From WhiteWater World
Yesterday James Rose, a morbidly obese coaster enthusiast from Brisbane, became the first person ever to be indefinitely banned from the Gold Coast’s newest theme park, WhiteWater World.
The incident occurred when Rose refused to cooperate with a park lifeguard.
The enthusiast had purchased from a vendor 7 hot dogs and an extra large Coke, expecting to be able to consume his meal whilst riding the ‘Blue Ringed Octopus’ attraction, but was told by a WhiteWater World lifeguard that eating is not permitted on the park’s waterslides. The lifeguard also informed Rose that he is probably “too fat” to get on the slide anyway.
“I am shocked and appalled,” wailed a dispirited Rose, reaching for another Oreo. “All I wanted to do was go on the waterslide with my hot dogs. I would have been the first person in WhiteWater World history to simultaneously eat and ride. Instead, I’m the first person to be banned from the park. My life sucks.”
The enthusiast’s indefinite ban was imposed upon him when he angrily began cursing at the lifeguard, and threatened to “sue the pants off (Macquarie Leisure).”
Rose now plans to hold a protest outside WhiteWater World in order to dispute his ban, but attempts to assemble an angry mob have met with little success.
“I’m calling it the ‘Rose Rebellion’. We’re expecting a crowd of around 42,000 protesters,” Rose said, whilst searching for ‘How 2 pubic speek like Hitler’ (sic) on search engine Google. “Of course, we’re in planning stages at the moment, so the number is marginally lower than that right now.”
When AAL requested a ‘ball park’ figure of the number of protesters Rose has assembled so far, his reply was “One - - including me.”

DreamNeva: We’re Launching
In a stupefyingly honest statement released today, troubled website DreamNeva.com announced that the site will launch “when hell freezes over”.
The press release told of the website’s various problems, which included “not being able to figure out how execute a successful navigation bar,” and also “having f*ck all forum members”.
In an AAL exclusive interview, Joseph Stipplefold, DreamNeva Entertainment’s Vice Managing Executive Director for the South Pacific Region said that the site would “no doubt be launching - slowly but surely”.
“We’ve just got to figure out all the bugs; that’s all,” said the overworked Director, who also doubles as Public Relations Manager. “Being a year 8 student myself, I can definitely relate to all those enthusiasts who are looking forward to the high quality content that DreamNeva will offer. It’s really just a matter of time. We’re aiming for a launch at around the same time as when hell freezes over - - give or take. Most likely give.”
Meanwhile, enthusiasts are comparing the website’s unhurried launch plans to those of Zencoaster, and have tagged the delayed duo ZenNeva; a term which is expected to remain unpopular.

Enthusiast Receives SMS, Celebrates
When coaster enthusiast Braden Packer received a text message on his mobile phone last night, his brothers, sisters and parents alike were all shocked. Packer, 19, says the message signifies the progressive awakening of his social life, and is “extremely happy” to have finally received his first SMS.
“When I got my phone two years ago, I thought I would be getting messages all the time,” told an over-excited Packer. “You know - from my friends and all. It was about a year ago when I actually grasped the fact that I don’t have any friends to receive messages from”.
But Packer’s unfortunate streak of cellular desolation ended last night, when he was the proud recipient of his first ever text message.
“I was just so excited when I heard that message tone beep for the first time - that is, besides the times I would play the message tone myself in the ringtone menu. In fact, I was so excited that I ran down to my local McDonalds and celebrated with an M&Ms McFlurry, before jumping onto the forums and telling my coaster buddies the news. How cool am I?”
Packer’s parents were also shocked at the news that their aberrant son has received an SMS. Said Packer’s father: “It’s pretty f*ckin’ amazing isn’t it? I mean, that someone would want to send a message to a p*ssy arsed loser like Braden. I just hope he doesn't reply to that f*ckin’ SMS; I’m stuck with the bill.”
Unfortunately, no one has had the courage to inform Packer that the message is from mobile service provider Telstra and is intended to notify him of the fact that he’s exceeded his monthly cap due to excessive mobile pornography downloads.

Enthusiast ‘A Little Turned On’ By Spaceshot Attraction
Today coaster enthusiast Steve Patritzia shocked OzCoaster forum goers by announcing that he’s been “a little turned on” by Movie World’s new S&S Spaceshot attraction.
The revelation occurred in Patritzia’s OzCoaster forum thread entitled ‘Anyone else find Batwing Hot?’.
“It just went up so faaaast,” slurred Patritzia, whilst overtly rubbing his crotch and staring at a picture of the tower. “I suppose my sexual attraction to the ride started when it began taking somewhat of a phallic form. It’s very sensual.”
Fellow OzCoaster members are shocked and disgusted at Patritzia’s revelations, with one even going so far as to wish death upon the perverse enthusiast.
“I find it repulsive,” said OzCoaster user superman_escape_rox342324. “That someone could be turned by a ride, it’s just, well, sick. I think Australia should definitely introduce capital punishment for people who find themselves turned on by hydraulically-launched tower rides.”
The news that Channel Ten’s Rove Live will be holding a ‘naked ride’ to publicize the attraction only adds shock to the avowal. Said Movie World staff member #242: “We’re gonna make sure this sick f*ck stays away from Batwing. We don’t want any funny business going down, you hear. You’re not welcome back, man.”
Meanwhile, the exposition has garnered a generally positive response on enthusiast website Boomgen.net, where users agree that Batwing is, as said by Boomgen member cOaSta_fWeaK
